AN ITEM ON MY ORDER SAYS "BACK ORDERED". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

We try our best to not have back orders, but that doesn't always happen. We cannot see into the future to know what is going to be ordered or what Swarovski's turn around time is on any product. We do our best so ship all orders complete. If a product is out of stock, and is expected in within 1-3 days, we will hold the order and ship it complete. If an item is going to be out of stock for more than 3 days, the customer will be notified and updates are made to their order in their account as information is gathered.

There are times when an item is no longer available, or going to be out of stock for an extended period of time. In these situations, we contact the customer and may offer another choice for the product or issue a refund. All back orders are shipped as soon as they are back in stock by first class mail (trackable) at no additional charges to our customer. If the customer wishes to have the back order shipped by a quicker method, there will be a charge for that service. Please email us with that request.

Please note: Backorders with a value of less than $5.00 will be given a store credit.

If a customer chooses to cancel products on back order, they will be refunded for what they paid for the products, less applicable shipping fees.
