Rhinestone Store stays safe during COVID-19


During this time of COVID-19 disease, our offices are operating as normally as possible, with an increased focus on hygiene. We are working on maintaining our normal order processing and shipping timelines. As we focus on keeping everyone safe, there may be some delays in shipping orders out to our customers. Also, because of this crisis being world-wide, we are experiencing some delays in receiving our orders from Swarovski (in Austria) to maintain our inventory. Customers who have items on back order, can log into their accounts for updates on expected shipping times, or contact us if you have any questions or need assistance.

We strive to ship orders complete and do everything we can to minimize exposure. If a customer ordered an item that is out of stock, and is expected back in stock within 2-3 days, we may hold their order so everything ships together which eliminates excess handling of orders.

As we go forward, we will stay informed on the situation and make any necessary adjustments to our processing to ensure your orders arrives to you promptly, clean and as quickly as possible.
