We provide
shipping outside the United States by United States Postal
Service. To protect both the customer and the merchant, your package
will be shipped by Registered Mail with Insurance. Most orders will
require a signature upon delivery.
SHIPPING
FEES: We provide the most secure shipping at the most reasonalbe
rates we have found available at this time. If you choose, we can
ship your package through United Parcel Service upon your request.
If you want UPS shipping, when you place your order, select the
"International Shipping" option, and in the "Comments"
section of your checkout process, please note that you want your
package shipped by UPS. We will issue a "Paypal" money
request through your email to collect the additional shipping fees.
There
are times we must adjust the shipping fees due to circumstances
out of our control (ie.: due to your location, the weight or value
of your order, etc.). We will contact you if there are any adjustments
to your shipping fees. All shipping fees must be paid before your
package is shipped. If you owe additional shipping fees, we will
issue you a "Paypal" money request through your email
account. Simply follow the promps to complete the transaction.
All duties
and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
If you refuse shipment because of duties and taxes, you will still
be held liable for any costs incurred by The Rhinestone Store.
International shipments take 7 to 21 days, depending on where you
are.
WE
WILL NOT SHIP TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: Afghanistan,
Albania, Bosnia, Cuba, Dominica, Haiti, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kiribati,
Lebanon, Libya, Mongolia, Nepal, North Korea, Pitcairn Island, Tristan
DaCunha, Turks & Caicos Islands, Tuvalu
We are
not responsible for lost or damaged orders. You
will be responsible to contact the shipping company regarding lost
