On rare
occasions, due to no fault on our part, a package may not arrive
at its destination. If you selected one of the UPS shipping options,
we will provide you with a tracking number to assist you in locating
your package. It is your responsibility to contact UPS to locate
your package. Once your package leaves our office, it is UPS responsibility
to get it to you. If you selected one of the USPS shipping options,
which are not trackable, you will have to contact the post office
for further information regarding your package.
