LOST PACKAGES

On rare occasions, due to no fault on our part, a package may not arrive at its destination. All orders shipped from our facility has a tracking number. It is your responsibility to contact USPS with your tracking information if your package does not arrive. Once your package leaves our office, it is the responsbility of USPS to deliver it to it's destination.

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST OR DAMAGED ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR FACILITY.
