RETURNS


Please know exactly what you want before placing your order.
No cash refunds or returns.

We recommend purchasing our color chart or small quanitites of stones before you place a large order to ensure you get exactly what you're looking for. Once your order is shipped, it is yours.

Once you receive your order confirmation, please review it carefully. If you need to make a change, we must be contacted within 24 hours of your order being placed. Once your order leaves our shop, no returns or exchanges are excepted, unless you purchased the Swarovski Factory Package. These packages may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value, as long as the packages are still sealed. Once they are opened they cannot be returned.

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees for returned item, and the item sent back to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned items must be appropriately packaged in a padded/bubble wrap envelope or box when returned to prevent damage to the products. We will not accept damaged products and you will not receive an exchange for damaged goods. It is important to protect the products when shipping them.

All exchanges must be pre-approved before shipped from the customer. You must contact us for approval of all exchanges and receive a "Return Authorization" number. This number must be printed on the outside of your package.

Exchanges are accepted only up to 7 days after item was purchased. We must be contacted within 3 days of your receipt of the products. Please include a copy of your original receipt with your exchange.

We no longer accept exchanges for non-factory sealed packages due to inferior stones being replaced for our Swarovski elements.

We are not responsible for packages lost or misplaced by UPS or US Postal Service domestic or worldwide. The Rhinetone Store is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit so please use a traceable carrier that can provide proof of delivery when returning any item. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your return unless the error was made by the Rhinestonestore.
