All payments must be made in US Dollars, and payment in full must be received before an order can be processed. When payment by check, check must clear the bank before your order is shipped. All customer credit cards will be billed as The Rhinestone Store.

ORDER PROCESSING: Once THE RHINESTONE STORE receives your order, we process it within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends).

DELIVERY TIME: We ship orders received during regular business hours within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Items temporarily out of stock will be shipped as soon as they are available - usually 5 days. We will notify you via email if an item is no longer available.

REFUSED PACKAGES: Refused shipments will still be charged actual outbound shipping charges and any costs incurred by THE RHINESTONE STORE for return shipment. Refused items, except with our express written authorization, are subject to 15% restock charge.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, shipping error or any other error by THE RHINESTONE STORE, exchanges will be handled at no charge.
